A handsome townhouse property just around the corner from the west end of Princes Street, this hotel offers you the chance to enjoy affordable, unfussy accommodation in an unbeatable central location. Though the rooms are fairly basic, there are tea and coffee-making facilities in each one.

location was OK with approx a 10 minute walk to the royal mile... Very central to everything be it shops or resteurants... Good location... Great spot ... Brilliant location.... Very convenient to everthing.... Great location...
