The Balmoral occupies one of Edinburgh's most central addresses - at number one Princes Street. This is the cities premier shopping street in the heart of Edinburgh's city centre. From here you have a short walk to the Castle, Royal Mile or Waverley train station. This is one of the most desirable locations in Edinburgh city centre.

Balmoral Hotel
The hotel occupies a stunning Edwardian building in the centre of Edinburgh on the principal shopping street, Princes Street, and is very close to Waverley railway station and Edinburgh Castle. The lobby is very large and luxurious with marbled floors, white pillars and several seating areas. The rooms are kept in very good condition and all are individually designed. They are elegantly furnished in keeping with the hotel's baronial Edwardian theme. The bathrooms are large, bright and marbled.The brasserie is spacious with plenty of room around each table. The grill room is more sophisticated with leather seats. The modern furnishing is very well co-ordinated.
