Greens Hotel is located on the corner of a nice Georgian terrace in Edinburgh's New Town. A short walk of about 5 minutes will take you to Haymarket railway station and no more then ten minutes will take you to Princes Street.

Part of the Swallow chain, Greens is welcoming with all of the facilities you can expect of a small city centre hotel.
The exterior of the hotel boasts an array of planters and hanging baskets, brightening the grey sandstone.
The 55 bedrooms are located over 3 floors and are nicely furnished with vivid fabrics complimenting the dark wooden furniture. Almost half of the rooms are twin bedded with the rest being a mixture of single, double and family/triple rooms. All rooms have internet access & wi-fi connections, digital televisions and trouser presses as well as the usual array of amenities you could expect from a hotel of this standard.
Bathrooms are tiled, have shower & bath and offer complimentary toiletries.
The bar on the ground floor is large with plenty of seating and a separate rooms opens to another lounge area. Decor is blue with a rugby theme and the large open fire offers extra warmth during the winter months. Bar meals are available.
Offering breakfast, lunch and dinner the restaurant in the hotel is large and warm with huge windows looking onto the terrace outside. Breakfast is a cold buffet with all hot food cooked to order.
There is also a private dining room available for small groups which can double as a meeting room.
The hotel does not have it's own parking. Guests may park at the nearby Haymarket railway station for under £10 per day or can park on the street near the hotel where there is a meter system in operation until 6.30pm.
