Excellent hotel at affordable price. If you like a cooked breakfast there is a Weatherspoons over the road. Book online for best price.
Top Tip
Take the train. Train station just up the road, within walking distance. No Parking at the hotel. Local to shops and night life.

I was on the 6th floor and it was extremely hot. There is no air conditioning in this hotel, so I went back to Express Holiday Inn on the Waterfront.
Top Tip
Omni, just across the street, is excellent place to eat.

Brilliant location. Accommodation and facilities excellent. We were lucky enough to obtain a car parking space which was first class. We would definitely stay again

Very quiet (we asked for and were allocated a room at the back which was great). Parking nearby was quite expensive.

We found the accomadation suited our purposes, It was excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful and approachable. The rooms were spotless. If you have booked to go to the Edinburgh Playhouse, then this is the perfect hotel for you, as it is across the road and has nearby restuarants and bars. We only stayed overnight and found the hotel had everything we needed for a short stay.

Good 3 star, rooms nice but no bath. Wifi charges outrageous [ £ 3.75 perhour laptop] and double that in their business area. Electronic door keys failed very frequently. The location is excellent - surrounded by nice restaurants although pubs were too "busy". Room has welcome tea coffee tray.
