Jurys Inn Edinburgh is a modern, glass fronted hotel in a central location. There are 186 rooms in total and all are nicely decorated in a minimalist yet comfortable style with brightly coloured bedding and light wood furnishings. All rooms have satellite television, wired internet access and some have sofa beds to accommodate children. All triple rooms are with a double bed and a single beds, no triples have three separate beds. The rooms do not have personal safes but these are available at the reception without charge, likewise the hotel has an ironing room for those guests who need to use an iron.
The bar has recently been renovated and is open to the public serving drinks and bar meals from 11am (meals finish at 9.30pm). Adjacent to this is the hotel's restaurant which again has just been renovated which his open for breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is a large buffet with plenty of choice for hotel and cold options.
The hotel has only 8 car parking spaces which they tend to keep for guests with disabilities. There is an NCP car park (St John's Hill) very close which offers discounted parking for £9.90 (correct at May 2008).
This hotel is non smoking throughout.
