Our Review
The Canon Court Apartments are situated in the historic New Town of the city, from which Princes Street is about 20 minutes walk, or 5-10 minutes away by bus. The accommodation is clean, modern with good facilities. Ideal for option for families. There are shops, restaurants and bars close by, though this is more of a residential area in general.

Our guests have commented on the Hotel under the headings below. Click on a tab to see what they said ...The Canon Court Apartments are located about 15 minutes walk north of Princes Street with easy access to all areas of the city. They are adjacent is the world famous Royal Botanic Gardens. Edinburgh's Georgian New Town and Mediaeval Old Town and the numerous museums, galleries and restaurants are all easily accessible. The apartments are on some of the main bus routes and in the immediate area there are shops, restaurants and delis. Maxi's deli in Stockbridge is only a 10 minute walk away.
Main bus routes and a good variety of local shopping including a large supermarket are close by.

Time the bus well as it can be a fair walk, but didn't ruin our stay.... not so many local restaurants unless you want take aways. but several within an easy 15-20 minute walk....
