only comment is that we had to leave a card deposit of £300 for our two rooms for two nights. This then came out our bank on day of departure and we are still waiting for the refund to register.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff.
Superb location and stunning room, with a great view across the city and up to Arthur's Seat.
Our room was on the 4th floor at the front of the hotel, and although the rooms have a full height/width wall of glass, noise wasn't a problem.
Top Tip
The hotel is in the historic heart of Edinburgh.

A fantastic hotel just off the Royal Mile. Lots of things to do nearby. Staff were all really helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Gave us lots of advice on things to do and places to eat. Can't complain about anything - had a great time and will definitely return.

If you like Mexican, try Viva Mexico on Cockburn Street. Had the best Thai ever at Dusit on Thistle Street.
We walked for miles - take a good pair of shoes for walking!

What a fantastic hotel - our first time staying there, and we will definitely be back! Staff were attentive and helpful, and always pleasant; the accommodation was stylish and comfortable, and likewise the bed, which gave us a great couple of nights sleep; the food was really tasty and with a lovely selection, both dinner and breakfast; and the decor was stunning. We love this hotel!
